Custodio Technologies Pte Ltd. is a Singapore-based cybersecurity R&D innovation centre. We are looking for a Software Engineer (Full Stack) to be part of our team of passionate cyber security professionals and researchers.

Custodio Technologies engages in novel and innovative research, with the goal of developing fully-fledged solutions for implementation globally. Focusing on active defence approaches, it spearheads R&D activities in the field of cyber early warning as well as cybercrime prevention, forensics, and investigation for law enforcement agencies.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.
• Contribute to frontend & backend development with a focus on clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems and deliver solutions that meet user and business needs.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices to continuously improve our codebase and workflow.

For experienced candidates:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding them in best practices, design patterns, and problem-solving.  
• Take ownership of critical components, driving technical initiatives from inception to completion.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring high-quality, clean, and maintainable code across the team.

Who we are looking for:

• Diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering/Science or relevant engineering majors.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in framework and programming language – React/Next.js, Node.js (TypeScript), Go, Python or .NET C#. Willing to pick up the others quickly.
• Experience working with both relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB).
• Knowledge in Queuing Systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS)
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and tools
• Cyber security experience will be an added advantage.

We are seeking for a highly skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to be a part of its team of leading, challenge seeking and exceptional cyber security professionals, engaging in cutting-edge R&D and product development.

What You'll Do:

• Envision, research and implement new approaches, ideas and concepts to cyber early warning, attribution and geolocation

• Suggest ideas to be implemented as products and solutions

• Interact with SW engineers in the Custodio team to leverage research results into innovative solutions

• Help design and implement proof of concept and proof of technology prototypes of developed technologies  

• Lead the design and implementation of resilient security solutions for our Critical Information Infrastructure.  

Who we are looking for:

A highly motivated person who enjoys doing Applied Research and Development to solve real world challenges. He/ She shall have domain knowledge in:

• IT & OT: Knowledge of both IT security and Operational Technology (OT) to deliver services and/or solutions which are secure, compliant, and available under all conditions.

• Architecture & Design: Develop and oversee end-to-end security architectures for CII systems, incorporating Zero Trust principles and defense-in-depth strategies.

• Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive threat modeling and Risk Assessment and Management (RAM) specifically for interconnected OT/IT environments.

• Regulatory Compliance: Good understanding of relevant national and international standards (e.g., NIST SP 800-82, ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443, and local CII Acts/Regulations).

• Emerging Technology: Proficient in adopting new technologies like AI & Cloud Services.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Deep and intimate knowledge of cyber threats, malwares, APTs, exploits and vulnerabilities  

• Ability to perform hands-on programming and scripting to develop Minimal Viable Product (MVP) & new features for company-owned security products with experience in handling the integration of systems and security products.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas:  

• Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) 

• Securing Cloud Service (IAM role/ Container security/ IAC)

• Securing & using Artificial Intelligence  

• Digital Forensics and Incident Response (Preferred) 

• AI Security Assessment, Evaluation & Governance (Preferred)

• Vulnerability research (Advantage)

• Operational experience in cyber security environment is preferred

• Implement COTS or Open-source for Proof-of-Concept or for actual operational environment.

• Participate in a real-time evaluation of security products/solutions
